Signature Cut Gemstones

Our Signature Cut collection represents a remarkable meeting of modern gemological design and traditional cutting craftsmanship. Working with an expert California gem cutter whose background lies in a longstanding tradition of diamond cutting, we developed precision-faceted prototypes using sophisticated designs mathematically adapted to the refractive index of Himalayan quartz. Each design incorporates a specific arrangement of facets and carefully calculated angles, engineered to bring out the optical qualities of the gemstone. The remarkable achievement came in reproducing these designs in India, where we worked closely with a select group of talented traditional gem cutters. Without the benefit of sophisticated modern faceting equipment, these craftsmen gradually mastered the demanding geometry of the prototypes, achieving a level of accuracy that impressed even our California expert. The result is a distinctive collection combining advanced optical design with the exceptional skill of craftsmen whose expertise has been developed through years of hands-on experience.
