This tiny but incredibly fascinating etched smoky crystal features dramatic color zoning and small hematite flake inclusions, making it a truly unique specimen. It displays a flat top termination known as a pinacoidal termination, an extremely rare form to find in quartz crystals. The base is gently regrown, adding to its natural beauty and bringing this crystal to a point of completion. A true gem for the discerning collector. This piece is also prized for the complex pattern of record keepers. Dimensions: 3.6 cm x 3 cm x 2.6 cm
