The Laughing Buddha is a symbol of joy, abundance, and contentment. The Laughing Buddha, known as Budai or Hotei, was a 10th-century Zen monk who chose to live a wandering, eccentric life, free of worldly worries.

He is instantly recognizable by his wide, infectious smile and protruding belly, both of which symbolize absolute happiness, a generous spirit, and tolerance. He carries a cloth sack, a bag of treats that is said to never empty.

A Laughing Buddha statue is believed to attract prosperity, diffuse stress, and invite positive energy. A popular folk tradition promises that gently rubbing his round belly every day will bring good fortune and remind you to meet life's daily struggles with a smile. Dimensions: 6.8 cm x 4.4 cm x 4 cm
